Michael is a great guide. Tom is blind and he made sure we got safely to the venue (not via train),,and made sure Tom had a listening device provided by AMEX, as well as getting our seats close to the aisle.
The travel company may not get credit for how wonderful Wimbledon is overall, but they helped make the experience possible.
