It was a good experience. Hotel was great and the bus transportation was a good perk from the hotel. We loved our ticket location for all the sessions. With 4 sessions over 3 days, there was plenty of time to experience the venue and its many offerings. It was inconvenient to need to bring food into the suite for the sessions with no food or drink. An a la carte option for drinks and some food would be a nice touch, especially because the staff was there literally pouring water. It was actually cheaper to buy a bottle of wine in the suite than to buy individual glasses of wine in the stadium. One morning on the first bus someone brought a print out of the schedule and handed it out. That was really nice – the tour should have those every morning at the front desk of the hotel for people to pick up or bring them to our group on the bus in the morning. Loved Indian Wells and would attend again.
