Just a short note of appreciation to you, your son and Cindy for an unforgettable experience at last week’s British Open.  It was just wonderful.  From our hotel, to train tickets, to the event tickets, to the Mastercard Pavilion, everything was so well thought out and executed.  We had no cares or worries, other than the very interesting weather, which I’m sure you would have controlled if you could!  We loved our hotel and the many nearby restaurants and pubs, and the fact that the train station to Royal Birkdale was so nearby.  It was a pleasure meeting you in person, and we’re currently discussing next year’s Masters Tournament.
