We have traveled all over for tennis and usually I do all of the coordinating “work”. Davis Cup, Indian wells, Miami, Cincinnati, Roland Garros, Us Open and the Aussie Open. I am so glad that we used MAC for Wimbledon. It was such a relief to let someone take over all of the details-and they really did an excellent job. The communication before and during was exceptional. I am extremely type-A and am happy to report their pre travel documents and accommodations met my approval. The hotel was great and the service there was excellent from start to finish. The included breakfast was very good, the Kensington palace tour was convienent and we enjoyed dinner at the Chinese restaurant one evening. The location and ease of the train to and from Wimbledon was fantastic and we loved having someone showing us what to do the first day. Our pre-booked transfers to and from the airport were great and we took FULL advantage of our debenture tickets and the “perks” associated with. The restaurants and spaces that came “with” our tickets were so nice-I can’t imagine our extremely HOT two days at Wimbledon without them. Jessica, Ilona and Steve were all wonderful and I would not hesitate to use them again. This was a bucket list trip and the last of the four majors for my mom and I and we loved every minute!
