RYDER CUP CHAMPIONSHIP PACKAGE

The Ryder Cup is one of golf’s great events. Experience the next edition with Mac Sports Travel in 2021 at Whistling Straits.

The Ryder Cup is a biennial men’s golf competition between USA and Europe and was formed in 1927. The 2021 Ryder Cup is the 43rd edition and will be held at Whistling Straits in Wisconsin, USA, on the shores of Lake Michigan.

The Ryder Cup is a unique golf tournament where two teams of 12, chosen by team Captains, compete in three different matches over one weekend in September to determine the winning team. It’s not your typical golf event and the camaraderie makes for an excellent and thrilling atmosphere.

Lake Michigan presents an excellent travel opportunity and will be a first-time destination for many with easy access to other parts of the USA and North America to complete your trip; whether it’s for business, leisure or both

Whistling Straits

Whistling Straits is arguably one of the finest golf courses in the United States. Having hosted the 2004, 2010 and 2015 PGA Championships and the 2007 US Senior Open, Whistling Straits has the pedigree, experience, and stunning setting to ensure the 2021 Ryder Cup is one of the biggest yet.
The club, located on the shores of Lake Michigan, is home to two courses designed by Pete Dye and rank among the countries very best, The Straits course (Ryder Cup course) and The Irish course. Both courses take inspiration from traditional Irish links courses and feature terrain that is windswept, open and rugged with big dunes and bunkers that make for challenging play and fantastic viewing.
