I wanted to do something very special for my wife who was hitting one of the magical numbers on her birthday. As she is a big tennis fan who never misses a major on TV, I thought a trip to the US Open would be just the thing. I knew Carlos was involved in sports travel but knew very little about what a trip to a major event might entail. Carlos made the whole process very easy and seamless. The travel, accommodations, tickets, transfers and NYC information and suggestions were all lined up. Carlos provided the perfect trip to the prefect city and event. From our welcome event to our return home, we loved every minute along the way. Carlos was an enthusiastic and entertaining host. It was apparent he loves what he does and loves serving his clients.
